Our chicken station~alot of people that came in today bought the fried chicken.
:)We no longer sell "Chicken Parmesan" or the creamed spinach.
:)Ernestine was setting up the salad bar. Boy did I ever miss the salad bar during the Winter when Yavapai was closed.

Taste pretty good but at $4 a bottle, its pretty expensive. Sure glad I get an employee discount.
Al made beef stew & cornbread for todays special. I didn't want any beef stew but I made sure to bring home some cornbread. Sometimes I think AL should open his own bakery/ bread shop or something.
